Project Care - Adult Day Care Northampton for adults with autism and a range of learning disabilities

About Project Care - Adult Day Care Northampton

Project Care was founded by Ania Watts, who is both qualified and trained to work with people with learning disabilities. She is a mother of two sons who are affected by autism. Therefore as well as having the knowledge and understanding of the condition, she is also able to empathise with parents / guardians who care for vulnerable adults on a daily basis.

At Project Care, we strongly believe that working with vulnerable adults is a vocation. Therefore although we highly value experience and qualifications, we will only select applicants with vocational qualities, who are highly motivated and committed to working with vulnerable adults. We will invest in such applicants to bring their qualifications and training to the standards required by Project Care. All staff are subject to CRB checks.
